They only service Stihl though which fine with us customers. But this is the anti Walmart experience. They show you how to start your equipment, run it, maintenance it and store it. I had a friend who bought a Stihl saw from a big store and paid close to 400 dollars for the saw, but no one told him how to start that specific product or anything about it. Paul and Lance are the best.
